I just had a glorious experience. I wanted you all to know I survived Christmas, so I figured I’d just tell you about this experience while I am at it. I took a bath with fancy bath salts, while eating leftovers (basically Thanksgiving food, all made to cater my intolerances). I had my cell phone, my house phone, and my camera (to look at pictures from Christmas, not to take them you weirdo) nearby. I had my book holder across the tub and the iPad propped up on the toilet. While I filled the bath, I read. When it was filled, I watched the most recent season of Weeds with the newly acquired Showtime access. Then the water slowly went down my leaky drain. I turned on the hot water and started all over again. It was amazing. I was so pleased with the whole experience, I called my Mom from the bathtub to inform her of what was going down over it apartment E3. FYI: I know I’m lame, but at least I’m happy!
I love this and it does sound glorious! When I take the time to take a bath, there is a lot of set up involved with candles,magazine etc… But now I have some more ideas after reading your blog!!

So glad you survived Christmas without paying for it too much. Loved the Christmas card. Emma is the cutest little girl I know. Of course you and Jake are cute too, but I am afraid Emma takes the prize.

Oh yes!! One of my favorite gifts was bath stuff. Its amazing how its the little things in life…
