I wanted to let everyone know my biopsies from the colonoscopy and endoscopy came back normal. That’s great news. I just need to keep taking Prilosec first thing in the morning, sit up after eating, and avoid Ibuprofen and this should all be cleared up soon. I started taking Propanolol again and I love how it slows down my heart rate. At first, it freaked me out because I am so used to feeling it pounding away. I kept thinking, “OMG is it still beating??” and took my pulse pretty frequently. It is causing insomnia but that is getting better. I’m pretty tired these days and I think it is because I have been working pretty hard (for me). I still haven’t started back on my exercise plan because I won’t be able to completely focus on that until I have all of the unpacking and spring cleaning done. It’s either unpack/clean or exercise, and right now I am choosing getting My house in order. I feel like I will never be caught up with my house and feel completely moved in. I know this isn’t true and I actually am getting closer and closer to finally having everything done. It’s just hard to feel like you’re getting anywhere when you can only do a few things each day…. My Aunt and Uncle came and hung up all my pictures last night, so that makes it feel much closer to being done! If i took up everyone’s offers to help me, I would probably be done. The stuff left is the type of stuff I think most people would agree is best done yourself — like organizing my bedroom how I want it and going through files and binders. My guess is that 3 weeks from now, I will be exercising again. All in all, I am fatigued but happy with my new life in our new house! Well, this is all discombobulated because I didn’t take my Adderall today. Today is a resting day per Jake’s orders.
Good news on the test results! And go easy on the house…it’s not going anywhere, right?
You’re very right! I need to chill out.
That’s so great Jackie! Just keep listening to Jake and you should be just fine!
Oh jeez, if he sees this he will go on a forcing-Jackie-to-rest power trip
Fabulous news. And best of luck fixing up the house. Don’t push yourself too hard (says the girl who does this all the time
).
It is so much easier than done.
